I've turned hundreds of units and know what to look for in an inspection. I pay attention to the details and fix things from loose cabinet handles and towel bars, to replacing blinds and garbage disposals. Sometimes the owner has specific things they want done, other times it's my job to find what needs to be done and take care of it.
